Maintenance Custodian – Tampa, FL

Associa is seeking a reliable maintenance custodian to conduct cleaning and upkeep tasks at its managed property in Tampa. The role is focused on ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained living environment for residents.

• Clean assigned areas including furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, windowsills, blinds, and vents
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas
• Clean restroom facilities and replenish supplies
• Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, documentation, safety, reporting, regulations, etc.
• Knowledge of State or local governmental safety and quality requirements
• Familiarity with equipment used in custodial trades
• Ability to interpret and complete verbal and written instructions
• Professional customer service skills
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–3 years of directly related or closely related experience

Hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.

Full‑time.

Tampa, FL (Salary range: $31,200.00–$40,560.00).
