Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

TRG Management is a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including subsidized, workforce, affordable, mid‑rises, high‑rises, luxury rentals, and single‑family homes. We manage approximately 20,000 units across several states and have over 100 properties. We’re seeking a Housekeeper to support our team by maintaining cleanliness, safety and overall functionality of building, grounds, facilities, and common areas.

• Cleans all amenity areas as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Cleans and maintains hallways, lobby areas, and elevators.
• Performs cleaning in vacant apartments when residents vacate.
• Cleans the model apartment daily.
• Obtains a list of vacant apartments that need to be cleaned immediately.
• Advises Manager or Supervisor of apartments ready for occupancy.
• Inventories supplies to ensure adequate stock.
• Mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, and office space.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Maintains overall property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the property manager.
