Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide legal and documentation support in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing contracts, supporting legal processes, and partnering with attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of legal work.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and manage legal documentation and contracts
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and storage
- Track negotiations and key contract terms
- Maintain templates and document control
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and legal projects
- 5–7 years of paralegal experience
- Strong contract and legal documentation experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
