Overview
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Professional Liability attorney for its Tampa, Florida office with two (2) or more years of legal experience with and interest in construction defect litigation defending architects and engineers and contractors. The practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.
The candidate can expect to work with a litigation group that will nourish their development. Under our tutelage, the firm invests in attorneys to help develop these skills, with feedback being continuous and individual goals valued.
- Contribute to a team-based litigation practice focused on professional liability and construction defect matters.
- Engage in developing analytical, writing, research, and communication skills within a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with shareholders and dynamic associates to provide client-focused service and opportunities for client interaction and practice growth.
- Work towards independently managing cases from inception to trial as experience allows, supported by the firm to develop essential skills.
- Two (2) or more years of legal experience with an interest in construction defect litigation.
- Experience defending architects, engineers, and contractors is a plus.
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
