Responsibilities
Manage documents and discovery materials efficiently and accurately
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Support trial and hearing preparation, including attending proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
Minimum of five years of litigation experience
Paralegal certificate preferred
Keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Capability to handle various tasks without error, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests
Knowledge of legal terms and matters to ensure submitted forms are complete and accurate
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
Superior communication and customer service skills, demonstrating courtesy and diplomacy
Ability to think creatively and implement best practices
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Reliable physical attendance and punctuality at the workplace
