Overview
Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney for its Tampa office.
Responsibilities- Provide a balanced mix of research, writing, hands-on litigation, and client interface.
- Represent insurance companies in navigating coverage questions, including drafting coverage opinions on third party liability claims.
- Litigate declaratory judgment actions and advise clients of potential extra-contractual exposure.
- Respond to tender demands, conduct examinations under oath, and defend coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance.
- Minimum of three years of third-party insurance coverage and bad faith experience.
- Enjoy analytical writing and analysis and be drawn toward trial advocacy.
