Overview
Burr & Forman LLP has an immediate opening in its Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, or Orlando, FL office for a litigation associate in its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group
. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the Florida Bar. The candidate should have three or more years of litigation experience, and a federal clerkship is preferred. Burr will consider various types of litigation experience. The selected candidate will benefit from hands-on mentoring, client contact and long-term advancement opportunity.
- J.D. degree and membership in the Florida Bar
- Three or more years of litigation experience
- Federal clerkship preferred
- Qualified to practice law in Tennessee; qualifications to practice law in other states are preferred but not required
- Self-starters with excellent client service skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills
- Collegiality and diverse, inclusive approach to work
The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of compensation and is based on factors including education, work experience, geographic location, skills and competencies, industry knowledge, job responsibilities, market considerations, and other business considerations.
