Overview

Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal to join its highly regarded IP practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside top-tier attorneys on sophisticated matters at the intersection of innovation and complex litigation, supporting clients in high-stakes disputes before federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

• Support attorneys through all phases of IP litigation
• Handle federal and state court filings
• Manage calendars and deadlines
• Assist with trial preparation
• Oversee discovery and eDiscovery in Relativity
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Support USPTO adversarial proceedings such as TTAB and UDRP matters
• Assist with IP portfolio management, client reporting, and budgeting

• Experience with IP litigation
• Strong working knowledge of federal court procedures and rules
