Job Details- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 6+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including substantial exposure to product and premises liability.
- Proven Trial Experience Preferred.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and supervise team members.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Business development aptitude and interest in growing client relationships.
- Manage high-exposure cases from inception through trial.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s insurance defense practice growth.
- Defend insurance carriers and corporate clients in product liability and premises liability matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support and grow client relationships.
- Background in a mid-to-large defense firm setting.
- Experience with insurance carrier clients or self-insured entities.
- Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and local court practices.
