• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 6+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including substantial exposure to product and premises liability.
• Proven Trial Experience Preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and supervise team members.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Business development aptitude and interest in growing client relationships.

• Manage high-exposure cases from inception through trial.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s insurance defense practice growth.
• Defend insurance carriers and corporate clients in product liability and premises liability matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support and grow client relationships.

• Background in a mid-to-large defense firm setting.
• Experience with insurance carrier clients or self-insured entities.
• Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and local court practices.
