• Manage IP docketing for patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Prepare and file applications with USPTO and Copyright Office.
• Draft IP-related documents (assignments, powers of attorney, disclosure statements).
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and review reports.
• Support attorneys with IP deadlines and dispute proceedings (TTAB, PTAB, federal courts).
• Collaborate on international filings and maintain compliance with global IP protocols.
• Provide advanced administrative support for IP operations.

• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior IP role in a law firm or corporate legal department required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. IP laws; familiarity with international IP procedures a plus.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with IP docketing software preferred.
