Associate Attorney – Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights (Tampa, FL)

A top-tier Am Law 200 firm is seeking an Associate to join its Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group in Tampa. This role offers hands‑on experience with sophisticated bankruptcy matters and exposure to commercial litigation.

• Handle bankruptcy and creditors’ rights cases, including filings, motions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with a team on commercial litigation matters as needed.
• Work closely with clients to provide practical, high‑quality legal solutions.

• 1-3 years of bankruptcy experience (or completion of a bankruptcy judicial clerkship).
• Florida Bar admission or pending admission.
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability.
• Commercial litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team‑oriented mindset.
