Location: Multiple Positions (Hybrid & Onsite) – Tampa, FL

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 DOE

About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with several respected midsized law firms in Tampa to find experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a critical role in complex, high‑value real estate transactions across Florida and beyond.

If you have 3+ years of recent, hands‑on experience managing commercial real estate deals from start to finish, including due diligence, document preparation, and closing coordination, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review closing documents, title commitments, financing agreements, and related transactional materials.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey analysis, easements, restrictive covenants, and zoning compliance.
  • Assist with entity formation and ownership structures; draft organizational documents for LLCs and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with lenders, developers, brokers, and title companies to ensure timely and accurate closings.
  • Manage transaction checklists and maintain well‑organized client files throughout the process.
  • Support attorneys in negotiations, regulatory compliance, and environmental matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Handle post‑closing tasks and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent experience in U.S. commercial real estate transactions, preferably working in a law firm.
  • Strong proficiency in title searches and working with title insurance companies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financing structures, closing processes, and entity formation.
