About the Role

They are looking for a skilled paralegal to join their team in their Tampa location. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of construction experience and support the firms attorneys in all phases of complex construction-related matters.

Responsibilities Include:

• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
• Analyze construction documents, contracts, and defect claims
• Coordinate site inspections, expert reviews, and document productions
• Manage case calendars and litigation deadlines
• Assist in trial prep and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least two in construction defect litigation
• Working knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
