Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced business litigation practice. This role involves comprehensive document and discovery management, drafting legal pleadings and motions, and providing hands-on support during trials and hearings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage documents and discovery throughout all phases of litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.
  • Provide trial and hearing preparation, support, and attendance as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal filings, including identifying all necessary related parties.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Respond efficiently to rush requests and shifting priorities.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support litigation strategy and workflow improvements.
  • Maintain professional communication with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
  • Adhere to core working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Maintain punctual, consistent physical attendance in the office.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of five (5) years of business litigation experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage high-volume workloads.
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to think creatively, implement best practices, and adapt to evolving workflows.
