OverviewThis Business Litigation Paralegal position features:
- Great Pay up to $85K
- We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced litigation practice.
- This is a 100% in-office role with flexibility in daily start and end times, while maintaining consistent physical presence. Candidates must have Florida business litigation experience.
- Manage documents and oversee all aspects of discovery
- Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
- Provide trial and hearing support, including attendance
- Coordinate and manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper party identification in all filings
- Handle time-sensitive and rush requests with precision
- Minimum 5 years of business litigation paralegal experience
- Florida litigation experience is required
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Core working hours are generally 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Flexibility in arrival and departure times is offered
- Overtime may be required as business needs dictated
- No remote or hybrid work options
