  Engage in all aspects of litigation handling substantive casework, including pre‑lawsuit investigations, case analysis, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 1+ years of extensive defense litigation experience
• Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
