Overview
Our client is a prominent, AV-rated law firm located in Tampa, Florida. The firm is seeking a qualified attorney for their Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 4+ years of Bankruptcy experience in federal and state courts.
Responsibilities- Represent businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, and financial institutions in all aspects of the bankruptcy process.
- Represent clients in pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings, commercial foreclosures, and judgment enforcement proceedings.
- Excellent academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Significant experience representing businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, and financial institutions in bankruptcy cases.
- Minimum 4+ years of Bankruptcy experience in federal and state courts.
Compensation ranges from $180K – over $300K depending on experience. The position offers a collegial work environment, a path to partnership, and excellent compensation and benefits. The team is supportive and collaborative, providing valuable experience with seasoned practitioners.
