This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Tampa, FL. The Lawyer will handle a variety of legal tasks including litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients on regulatory and transactional matters. Responsibilities also include preparing case strategies, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in litigation, legal drafting, and case strategy formulation
• Strong skills in regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and transactional law
• Experience in legal research, analysis, and managing complex discovery disputes
• Ability to provide counsel in diverse industries such as healthcare, hospitality, and transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity
• Active membership in the Florida Bar and a Juris Doctor degree
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and maintain client confidentiality
• Prior experience in appellate cases or mass torts is a plus
