Responsibilities:

• Transactional Expert:
  Manage and execute real estate and corporate finance transactions with a special emphasis on affordable housing projects and HUD regulations.
• Deal Maker:
  Structure, negotiate, and document complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.
• HUD Specialist:
  Provide expert legal advice on matters related to HUD programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Client Advisor:
  Offer strategic counsel to clients, helping them achieve their development and financing goals while navigating legal and regulatory challenges.
• Community Advocate:
  Support community development initiatives by facilitating transactions that promote affordable housing and sustainable urban growth.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney:
  Active FL Bar license.
• Experience:
  
  7+ years of experience in real estate and corporate finance transactions, with a focus on affordable housing and HUD-related matters.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong understanding of HUD programs, LIHTC, and other affordable housing financing tools.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in legal research, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
