Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst
- Retail CPG & Logistics. In the role of Consultant or Analyst you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

* At least 2 years' experience with Information Technology.

* Excellent in Database knowledge - SQL, No

SQL, table structure, data relationships & SDLC and agile practices.

* Locations for this position is Tampa, FL. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 2 years experience in JIRA & Analytical skills.

* The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

* Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.

* Business-level communication is a must.

* Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.

* excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare domain is highly desirable

* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholders & Global delivery environment .

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
