IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Service Now Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL
. The ideal candidate has deep platform expertise, capable of leading end‑to‑end solution design and ensuring platform stability across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, enterprise-grade Service Now solutions aligned with business goals.
- Oversee configuration and development across core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Case, Incident, Change, and Catalog.
- Develop and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer to enhance process efficiency.
- Architect and implement integration strategies ensuring seamless data migration and system interoperability.
- Enhance user experience through Service Portal customization and Engagement Messenger implementations.
- Provide technical governance, platform stability oversight, and mentorship to development teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Service Now architecture and platform development.
- Service Now CTA preferred; otherwise, multiple Implementation certifications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Encryption, etc.).
- Proven experience maintaining platform stability and collaborating with Service Now vendor teams on application compatibility and data model alignment.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
