We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in Functional business analysis or systems analysis, specifically in the Capital Market domain with a focus on Fixed Income & bonds. As a Business Analyst, candidate will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing the business requirements of our capital market clients and providing valuable insights to enhance their products and services.

Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, business end‑users, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and business end‑users, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
• Develop a thorough understanding of capital market products, including Loans, Deposits, and Cash Equities, and their related processes and functionalities.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights from capital market data, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
• Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional requirements for IT teams, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including business end‑users, product managers, and IT teams, to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross‑functional teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Capital Market domain, sharing insights with the team and clients.

• 6+ years of experience in Functional business analysis or systems analysis in the Capital Market industry.
• Excellent understanding of products such as Loans, Deposits, Cash Equities, etc.
• Good to have knowledge of business functions, process flows, and data flows from front to back for any banking product.
• Good to have a strong understanding of functional architecture and data governance in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
