Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a field support technician to join their team. This roles supports a large environment and will require travel this team has 200+ sites. The two primary focuses withing the end point team are tickets and projects. This role will be 50% ticket based support, while the remaining 50% supports computer replacement and refresh activities.
This may include imaging computers, preparing devices for deployment, traveling into the field to replace user equipment, restoring user data, and ensuring all systems are fully functional before hand off to the end user.

- 2-3 years of Tier 2 hands on desktop and endpoint support
- Strong customer service skills & Professionalism
- Supporting Windows 11 environment
- Computer Replacement experience
- General Troubleshooting experience
- ability to lift 25-35 lbs.
- Active Directory/Entra (No user creation responsibilities just, user and device access or computer moves and relocation within specific Ous)
- Software Instillations
- End-user device support
- Peripheral Support (Monitors, printers, Scanners, etc)
- SCCM
- Service Now
