Responsibilities- Providing day to day operational routing and switching support with hands on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, RIP, etc.)
- Troubleshoot routing protocols and end-to-end network performance from the Local Area Network (LAN) through a Wide Area Network (WAN), to a Campus Area Network (CAN).
- Willingness to cross train and support multiple technologies in an operational environment including SATCOM, Voice, VDI/Virtualization.
- Support the system adherence to industry standards, DOD standards, DOD policies, DOD instructions, DOD directives, cybersecurity policies, and best commercial practices.
- Utilize ticketing systems for detailed documentation of outages and network change activities.
- Provide technical problem resolution for a wide range of network infrastructure problems or anomalies.
- This position requires flexibility to support 24x7 Network Operations including 12 hour shifts as required.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)

HS Diploma and 5+ years of experience - Clearance:
