As a HUMINT Analyst Senior you will support SOCCENT in the execution of HUMINT and intelligence operations. Your responsibilities include providing all essential non‑personal labor, materials, and services required to assist SOCCENT staff in HUMINT planning and execution. Tasks such as data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, along with adaptive planning to address knowledge and capability gaps, are part of the role.
You will also help the staff integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure compliance with DoW guidance while maintaining a strong focus on operational objectives.
- Conduct collection operations management and intelligence analysis to support CI/HUMINT operations.
- Provide detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full‑spectrum CI/HUMINT operations and ensure proper representation of operational gain to decision makers.
- Conduct analysis to enable the development of HUMIINT efforts, using established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.
- Conduct operational analysis, quality control, and quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence to support CI/HUMINT operations.
- Experience in performing HUMINT‑related operations in roles such as an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a comparable non‑DoW IA operational community or unit.
- At least five years of experience in a HUMINT Analysis Requirements Cell (HARC) at the COCOM Level to team‑level positions providing direct HUMINT analytical support and HUMINT collection management and all‑source analysis.
- Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, High‑Value Individual (HVI) Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Pattern of Life Analysis.
- Proficiency with information databases including HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, CHROME, IMM, ARC, PALANTIR, and MAGIC.
- Strong knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and related skills.
- Strong analytic and data‑management skills to apply tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT analysis.
- Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines.
- Counterintelligence analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR.
- Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR.
- Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance.
- 12+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Certifications:
DoW Intelligence Fundamentals, Collections Management Professional Fundamentals, Intel Planners Certification, Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT‑JCOE) – Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent). - 5 days per week onsite.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 – $138,000, though actual compensation may vary based on experience, geography, and contractual requirements.
