Learning & Development Junior Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning & Development Junior Project Manager in Tampa, FL.

Key Tasks:

* Support the design, development, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences

* Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment by working effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

* Assist with managing assigned project tasks and components, demonstrating initiative, organization, and critical thinking

* Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support learning-related challenges and continuous improvement efforts

* Collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams to support coordinated delivery of learning programs

* Take ownership of assigned deliverables, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality through self-review and incorporation of feedback

* Communicate progress, risks, and questions clearly to team members and supervisors to maintain transparency and alignment
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required

* 1-3 years of experience supporting training, learning, or development initiatives preferred

* Foundational experience in instructional design, content development, training support, or related learning activities

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (e.g., basic data analysis, formulas, and tables)

* Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

* Comfort working with virtual delivery platforms and common digital learning tools

* Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to provide status updates and propose solutions

* Demonstrated initiative, with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate

* Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable attendance and active participation in team meetings and work activities

* Willingness to engage in virtual and in-person collaboration as required

* Responsive and accessible to team members and stakeholders during business hours
