Position Summary
Quiet Professionals is hiring a Help Desk Analyst to join SOUTHCOM’s mission. This position provides direct support to mission‑critical objectives in accordance with the referenced work order. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a government environment while adhering to all applicable security, compliance, and program requirements.

Job Description- The individual in this role will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support services to end users across the enterprise. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues; supporting user account management; and ensuring timely resolution of service requests in accordance with established SLAs.
- The role also supports enterprise device provisioning activities, including imaging, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Personnel will assist with maintaining accurate IT asset inventories and documentation using government‑approved asset tracking systems.
- Additional duties include supporting Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems, utilizing cloud‑based IT service management and endpoint management tools, and collaborating with senior IT staff to elevate complex issues as needed. The position requires consistent adherence to cybersecurity policies, change management processes, and government compliance standards.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or
- A minimum of three (3) years of equivalent hands‑on experience providing IT support services.
- Candidates must have demonstrated experience in:
- Resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
- Supporting enterprise device provisioning and endpoint management
- Maintaining and updating IT asset tracking systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, macOS, and cloud‑based IT support tools is required.
- An ability to obtain and maintain a clearance if needed.
