Hiring a full-stack engineer who has experience with React, Type Script, Node & Python.

100% remote in US only.

What You'll Do- Build and own features from database schema to user-facing UI for web and mobile applications
- Design high-performance APIs (sub second APIs, 60fps UI)
- Integrate healthcare third-party systems (devices, wearables, clinical platforms)
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong experience with React and Type Script
- Solid backend development experience (Node or Python)
- Experience designing data models and building performance APIs
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- A high level of ownership and bias toward action
- Experience designing and managing scalable cloud architecture
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with serverless architectures
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability best practices
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for performance and cost
