Full-Stack Developer; React, Node.js

Hiring a full-stack engineer who has experience with React, Type Script, Node & Python.

Location:

100% remote in US only.

• Build and own features from database schema to user-facing UI for web and mobile applications
• Design high-performance APIs (sub second APIs, 60fps UI)
• Integrate healthcare third-party systems (devices, wearables, clinical platforms)

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with React and Type Script
• Solid backend development experience (Node or Python)
• Experience designing data models and building performance APIs
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
• A high level of ownership and bias toward action

• Experience designing and managing scalable cloud architecture
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with serverless architectures
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability best practices
• Experience optimizing infrastructure for performance and cost
