They will be responsible for laying out the architecture for enabling Client to use email to communicate with all customers. In order to do so they need to create specific templates that are created based on customer data to meet each customers communication specifications. Not only will they be helping with the design of these templates, but also creating rules within the program, testing, putting into productions and also doing production support/ maintenance.

They have to be able to “see the bigger picture” and almost act as a consultant for this team suggesting other technologies or procedures as they see ended to help lead to the success of this project.

The Applications Admin will be developing, testing, deploying and providing post production support for this functionality. The template is based on “objects” – which is why OOP experience is critical.

OOP experience (primarily Java), experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, etc. regression testing experience, ability to oversee a deployment and support post production issues. Nice to haves: HC experience,
