Responsibilities- Critical incident management and resolution
- Production monitoring and support
- Disaster recovery execution and documentation
- Process automation and enhancement
- Cross-team technical collaboration
- Application deployment and upgrade management
- Risk monitoring and compliance support
- 4+ years Distributed Application Support
- Java/J2EE ecosystem experience
- Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dyna Trace)
- Container platforms (Open Shift)
- Middleware (Tomcat, Web Sphere)
- Mainframe operations
- Automation tools
- Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 6+ years relevant technical experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Creative technical approach
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Risk-aware mindset
- Process improvement focus
NO Visas on this role. Must be located in Tampa or commutable as this is an onsite 3 days a week role.
