We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance—where reliability, security, and performance are paramount. Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Quality & Risk Management Lead - SME - to support this mission in Tampa, Florida.
- Provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order.
- Lead the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of task order quality and risk activities through a Quality Improvement Methodology and Risk Management Methodology, transformation workshops, lessons learned analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
- Provide authoritative leadership for QA and risk management strategy to drive "Design for Quality" practices, shaping testing protocols, performance metrics, and mitigation planning across the Task Order; ensure enterprise-wide alignment with government standards and mission outcomes.
- Direct enterprise-level QA and risk strategy, tracking specific risk/opportunity and corrective actions in a RAID Log.
- Establish standards for QMP, POAM, and risk register development, including assignment of Risk Owners and collaboration with Task leads for risk assignments.
- Interface with senior leadership to align QA and risk with operational priorities.
- Guide integration of QA and risk data into PMP, MSRs, and transition deliverables.
- Lead review and validation of IMS and task order portal functionality.
- Shape QA and risk governance and performance tracking across the command.
- Advise on strategic quality improvements and risk mitigation planning.
- Ensure traceability, auditability, and evaluator alignment in all QA and risk activities.
- Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Recognized for expertise in federal QA standards, risk frameworks, and service assurance.
- Utilize the following role-specific tools: QMP templates; ISO/Lean/CMMI frameworks; audit and inspection checklists;
Archer GRC dashboards; variance analysis trackers; corrective action tracking systems; lessons learned repositories;
SharePoint/Confluence for SOP updates;
Power BI dashboards for AFDP metrics.
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Quality & Risk Management Lead or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
- Minimum of 12 years' experience with BS/BA or 10 years' experience with MS/MA or 7 years' experience with PhD
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required

- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
