Support Executive

Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL(Remote). This role provides L2 functional support for Zycus applications, requiring strong functional knowledge of Zycus modules as a key qualification for the position.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Provide L2 functional support across Zycus modules (iSupplier, iContract, iSource, iSave, iAnalyze, iRequest), resolving incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.
• Analyze functional issues, perform root‑cause investigation, and execute configuration updates, master data changes, and workflow/role support.
• Collaborate closely with business users to understand issues, conduct impact analysis, and deliver functional guidance, training, and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data fixes, API or batch‑related issues, and escalate product‑level defects to Zycus Support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles while identifying recurring issues and recommending process or system improvements.
• Support compliance checks, system health reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall application stability and user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in L2 application support with strong exposure to procurement and sourcing processes.
• Proven functional expertise across Zycus modules with hands‑on experience in configuration, master data updates, workflows, and incident/problem management.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, work with ITSM tools (Service Now, Jira, ADO), analyze logs, and support integrations and data fixes.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
