Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to help lead and shape our GenAI Insights team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data solutions across Azure and modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions.

SQL databases. - Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Establish and implement data quality engineering practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across data assets.
- Drive adoption of data governance and security frameworks to protect and manage enterprise data.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI-based solutions.

- Enable data-driven decision making by designing solutions that deliver timely, trusted, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to build Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Partner with executive leadership to present insights in a clear, compelling, and strategic manner.
- Understanding of Generative AI tooling and the ability to integrate AI into generating insights for the data.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of overall professional experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics roles.
- Relevant data engineering certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified:
Azure Data Engineer Associate, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate). - Strong experience with Databricks, Python and core data engineering.
- Expertise with SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands‑on experience with No
SQL databases (Cosmos DB, Mongo
DB, Cassandra, or equivalent). - Demonstrated skills in data quality engineering, including profiling, validation, and monitoring of enterprise data.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building data pipelines to integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, data storage, security, and governance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders – Proven experience leading and managing Data Engineering teams in enterprise environments.
