NetSuite Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned ERP Project Manager with extensive Net Suite expertise to lead a short?term initiative focused on system optimization, cleanup, and operational alignment. This contractor will rapidly evaluate the current environment, establish project priorities, and drive execution within a tight timeline. The role will partner closely with leaders overseeing adjacent CRM and analytics projects.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Net Suite setup, including configuration and data structures.
• Lead efforts to refine, streamline, and enhance Net Suite functionality.
• Align Net Suite's data model with the organization's updated product framework.
• Prepare Net Suite datasets for downstream integration into enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI and data lake architectures.
• Develop and manage a structured project plan aimed at meeting the mid?
  
  March deadline.
• Act as the central point of coordination between finance, operations, and data/analytics stakeholders.

• Significant hands-on experience managing Net Suite-based projects, including implementations, enhancements, or system remediation.
• Strong grasp of ERP data models, financial workflows, and operational processes.
• Ability to work autonomously, make quick decisions, and deliver results within compressed timelines.
• Experience collaborating with CRM teams (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics environments is highly beneficial.
