Information Technology Project Manager

Looking for a highly organized IT Project Manager to join our team. Responsible for managing new customer implementations, technology refreshes and some internal projects. The ideal candidate must be a creative problem-solver with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.

Ideal candidate:
Someone who comes with a Restaurant Technology background with Hardware implementation experience, such as POS, handheld devices.

• Experience working a dynamic work environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they complete within scope and on-time.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with the overall project roadmap.
• Oversaw the implementation of tasks outlined in project plans to successfully attain project objectives.
• Lead customer and partner meetings to gather requirements, organize project activities and provide status updates.
• Guide teams through Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Experience building efficient project plans with interlinked dependencies.
• Defines roadmaps for delivery and coordinates with all departments for timelines.
• Monitored progress, report against metrics established and ensure successful deliverables.
• Manage customer implementations and internal IT/engineering projects as needed.
• Demonstrate strategic understanding of stakeholder needs, and business and technology objectives.
• Drive the project/project delivery strategy through the consistent application of a project management framework, training, methodologies, metrics, assets, and tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is essential for effective project execution.

• Technical restaurant industry knowledge (Point of Sale systems, Touchscreen devices, Order and Pay at the Table, Hand‑held pay at the table devices etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have knowledge or experience with complete SDLC projects.
• Knowledge of Project Management systems such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Net Suite, Power BI, MS Project.
