Job DescriptionThe Instructor/Writer provides senior-level instructional delivery, curriculum development, and subject matter expertise in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School’s Advanced Cyber Operations – Procedures (ACO-P) course. This role delivers learner-centric instruction aligned with USCYBERCOM, TRADOC, NSA, and DoD 8140 training standards while developing and maintaining Government-owned cyberspace operations curriculum.
Primary Responsibilities- Deliver resident and mobile classroom instruction for the ACO-P functional course
- Develop, update, and maintain Government-owned courseware and assessments
- Review and refresh training materials every 60 days
- Apply adult learning methodologies and modern instructional techniques
- Develop performance-based and criterion-referenced testing instruments
- Assess student performance and conduct After-Action Reviews (AARs)
- Maintain daily attendance and academic records
- Collaborate with Government personnel to align curriculum with approved policies and TTPs
- Develop and deconflict 30-week training schedules
- Support Mobile Training Team (MTT) surge training events
- Maintain classroom security and professional conduct
- U.S. Citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
- Minimum 3 years conducting cyberspace operations with USCYBERCOM or IC
- Minimum 1 year as an instructor or instructor/writer
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Completion of SCTC and ABIC or FIFC
- OSCP, GXPN, CRTO
- NSA Windermere, RIOT, FORGE
- Advanced Cyber Operations – Procedures (AOC-P)
- Offensive cyber operations and red team tradecraft
- Agile development environments
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Linux and Windows operations
