Technical Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL
. This role leads the development and delivery of AI‑driven technical products aligned with business and architectural standards.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $47/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead end‑to‑product lifecycle for AI solutions—from roadmap and requirements through delivery, post‑launch support, and iteration.
• Define technical architecture in partnership with engineering leads; ensure alignment with enterprise standards, Info Sec policies, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Partner with developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to scope features, validate feasibility, and drive model training, tuning, and evaluation.
• Own the data strategy for AI products (collection, quality, governance, and pipelines) to support reliable model performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor AI agent performance using telemetry and user feedback; prioritize experiments and enhancements to improve accuracy, fairness, and client value.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications; coordinate UX/UI alignment, lead stakeholder workshops, and manage cross‑functional delivery in Agile environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of technical product management experience, with hands‑on involvement in AI/ML, data‑driven products, or complex technical systems.
• Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and AI teams—defining technical architecture, model requirements, and data strategies to support AI capabilities.
• Proven experience translating business needs into technical specifications while ensuring compliance, ethical AI practices, and alignment with enterprise architectural standards.
