Onsite Project Coordinator

The Project Manager will drive structured execution, governance, and financial oversight across modernization, cloud, infrastructure, and application development efforts—ensuring alignment to business priorities while enabling accelerated delivery.

• Lead full project lifecycle management (initiation through closeout)
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, financial tracking, and resource plans
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning cloud, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and application modernization
• Ensure milestone achievement aligned to defined business outcomes

• Act as primary delivery liaison
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive status reviews
• Provide transparent reporting on scope, schedule, financials, risks, and delivery health
• Align IT execution with business strategy and operational objectives

• Establish structured governance cadence (weekly operational, monthly executive)
• Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Manage scope control and change management processes
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks

• Oversee and coordinate multiple engineering pods
• Ensure sprint execution aligns with roadmap priorities
• Support Scrum Masters and technical leads in removing impediments
• Monitor velocity, burn rates, and delivery performance metrics

• Track engineering spend and forecast budgets
• Optimize resourcing model to maximize business impact
• Align capacity planning with modernization roadmap priorities

• 8+ years enterprise project or program management experience
• Experience leading cloud and application modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of Azure, Dev Ops, infrastructure transformation, and platform engineering
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream technical programs
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
