Scope of Project
Pinellas County is moving forward with its ERP modernization initiative, which includes SAP S/4
HANA-related enhancements such as screen usability improvements, workflow refinements, and data quality optimization.
The selected consultant will support SAP S/4
HANA screen modification efforts to align system functionality with reengineered business processes. This is a primarily remote engagement with flexible working hours; however, the consultant must be available for virtual meetings during EST business hours. A one-time onsite visit to Tampa, FL may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SAP S/4
HANA vendor and business stakeholders to design and modify screens, transactions, and workflows. - Adapt SAP S/4
HANA interfaces to reflect reengineered operational processes. - Ensure screens are web-based, intuitive, and user-friendly per client requirements.
- Support usability enhancement initiatives across SAP modules.
- Facilitate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Gather, document, and incorporate UAT feedback into final configurations.
- Support data quality improvement initiatives related to SAP S/4
HANA transactions. - Develop training documentation for modified screens and workflows.
- Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing support during the project lifecycle.
Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA. - Experience in SAP screen modifications and workflow configuration.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5.
- Experience supporting UAT cycles and stakeholder validation sessions.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working in ERP modernization initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience working with government or public sector clients.
- Experience with data quality improvement initiatives in SAP environments.
