Principal Lead Systems Technical Trainer; TS​/SCI

Position: Principal Lead Systems Technical Trainer (Active TS/SCI)
Lead a Training Team of 5 individuals to currently include a Media Production Analyst, Technical Trainers, an Engineer, and an Administrator Collaborate with Cyber Systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions Enhance system User Experience (UX) through developer advocacy, utilizing feedback to champion developer needs and improve overall usability of technical products Identify the best approach to training requirements including, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, job aids, microlearning, articles, videos, course assessment, and computer assisted and adaptive learning environments Develop range of instructional materials and products for technology-based courses, including online, immersive and performance support (e.g., self-paced guides, job aids, and scenario-based storyboards) Design and develop curricula to support program implementation across targeted audiences.

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $ The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
