OneStream Trainer Security Clearance

Position: OneStream Trainer with Security Clearance
Kearney and Company is seeking a One Stream Trainer to join our growing team! Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Develop the overall One Stream training strategy
* Identify target audiences (Administrators, Power Users, End Users, Executives)
* Create role-based learning paths
* Align training with implementation phases (Design → Build → UAT → Go-Live → Post-Go-Live)
* Coordinate with Implementation Partners and Internal SMEs.
* Support design of training materials such as user guides, job aids, and process flow diagrams.
* Develop hands-on exercises in workflow management, reporting and dashboards.
* Conduct instructor led sessions (virtual or in person).
* Provide role specific sessions - administrator, power users, data load users, report developers Qualifications
* BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience
* System training or teaching experience, coupled with functional knowledge of PPBE process and/or One Stream
* Understand application architecture, workflow profiles, data management sequences, security role and access
* Understand reporting tools (Cube Views, dashboards, business rules at conceptual level)
* Willing to work onsite 5 days a week at Mac Dill AFB
* Active Secret Clearance

* Excellent communication skills
* Instructional design capability
* Hands-on One Stream system experience

Learn more at  The expected salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $125,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
