Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems
• Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
• Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates
• Configure system settings and options;
  Plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary;
  And create specifications for system to meet business requirements
• Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications

• Experienced in Scrum/Agile SDLC;
  Working with scrum masters and product managers to achieve overall sprint management
• Integration & API Knowledge - Ability to troubleshoot and work effectively with integrations (critical from team perspective)
• Payment/Point-of-Sale (POS) Background - Familiarity with payment processing or POS environments (hardware + software)
• Comfortable working with JIRA/Atlassian products and comfortable using Slack
• Proactively identifying and remove roadblocks
• Facilitating work with downstream technical stakeholders
• User Acceptance Testing:
  Working seamlessly across Product Management, UX, and various stakeholders to drive actionable requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
