Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Manager/Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform, and setting them up for long-term success. Your ability to manage projects, understand customer needs, and provide exceptional service will be key to driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and training.
- Implementation Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of our software solutions.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on how to effectively use our platform.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase, ensuring all client issues are resolved promptly.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff post-implementation and monitor client satisfaction.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with the Product team to drive continuous improvement of our platform.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training materials.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with insurance or compliance industries is a plus.
