Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT contact at the site, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee IT service delivery, monitor SLAs, and drive remediation where needed.
- Coordinate site IT needs with regional/global teams to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and promote risk awareness.
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
- Manage IT infrastructure lifecycle, including assets, upgrades, and capital planning.
- Support audits and represent IT in inspections.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure issues with global teams.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years in IT management or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture, ITIL, and security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service skills.
- Experience with managed services, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
