Location:

Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience and skill set)

We’re hiring a Graphic & Web Designer who is AI-first in their approach to design and execution. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered tools to produce high-quality graphics and web experience efficiently and on a scale.

• Design high-quality digital marketing assets aligned with EIP branding, including:
  • Website pages and landing pages
  • Paid ad creatives
  • Social media graphics
  • Email graphics
  • Infographics, charts, icons, and visual frameworks
• Design, prototype, and collaborate on web and marketing assets using tools such as Figma, Airtable, and AI-powered design platforms (e.g., Lovable, Base
  44)
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Growth teams to translate ideas, briefs, and data into clean, conversion-focused designs
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, assets, and layouts
• Rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs using AI workflows to increase speed and output without sacrificing quality
• Stay current on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging AI design tools
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
• Continuously look for ways to improve design processes through automation and AI

• AI-first mindset, you actively use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and efficiency
• Experience with web and landing page design
• Ability to turn concepts into polished, production-ready designs
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 1–3+ years of experience in graphic and/or web design
• Portfolio required (web, landing pages, digital graphics preferred)
• Proficiency or working knowledge of:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva
• Experience designing with AI-powered web or design tools (e.g., Lovable, Base
  44, Framer, Webflow w/ AI, or similar)
• Experience with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Working knowledge of Airtable for asset organization, workflows, or cross-team collaboration

• UI/UX experience or familiarity with conversion-rate optimization
• Experience designing for performance marketing (paid ads, funnels, landing pages)
• Background in insurance, healthcare, or regulated industries (not required)
