Student AV Tech

The primary purpose of this position is to offer operational first line support for Computer and Audio Visual issues in teaching and learning spaces. This position will interface directly with faculty and students in classrooms to address technology issues and will act as an escalation point into the IT Classroom AV Operations Team.

• Must be a USF student.
• Provide at least 16 hours of availability per week.
• Have a current student class schedule.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

• Assist in AV Operations by troubleshooting standard audio/video systems and pathways, as well as basic computer and collaboration software (Teams) troubleshooting.
• Assist in the operations and maintenance of technology in classrooms паспорт and conference room environments.
• Help train faculty in all media‑rich classrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
