Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ/ Tampa, FL/ Tempe, AZ. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Service Now Vulnerability Response module to manage vulnerability identification and remediation.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Configure and customize the Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) module to manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to support the VR lifecycle.
- Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud) and CMDB for automated data import and correlation.
- Develop automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with ITSM and security teams to ensure compliance and maintain operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of hands-on development experience in Service Now platform, with at least 2+ years in Vulnerability Response (VR) module implementation.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Service Now VR module, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Experience integrating VR with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud) and CMDB for automated data ingestion and correlation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
