You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, web services, and APIs, ensuring that all solutions meet security compliance standards. The position involves conducting code analysis, collaborating with subject matter experts, and providing technical expertise in software and web infrastructure development.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web‑based applications and web services.
- Translate custom user requirements into effective web solutions using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and modern technologies.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of applications and infrastructure integration, including active directory authentication with IIS servers.
- Develop and deploy web applications through CI/CD pipelines, leveraging cloud deployments.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot SQL Server and Azure SQL database stored procedures.
- Maintain web servers, ensuring IIS security compliance and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet software standards and security compliance; prepare operating instructions and user guides.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and experience. - Experience:
5+ years of related experience developing web applications and services. - Technical skills:
- ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, MVC, JSON, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
3. - SQL Server development, stored procedures, and T‑SQL.
- ASP.NET Core authorization services.
- Azure Cloud and cloud migration experience;
Azure Dev Ops or Git Lab for CI/CD. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Service desk ticketing and escalation processes.
- Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense security requirements (highly beneficial).
- ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, MVC, JSON, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
- Certifications:
DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 (applicable). - Security clearance:
Secret required, eligibility for TS/SCI. - U.S. citizenship required.
