- The Application Analyst II responsibilities include oversight and facilitation of resources on application activities, including second and third tier application support.
- This role assists with projects related to upgrades and new application implementations.
- They act as an escalation point for application support and drive the implementation and utilization of key applications assigned.
- They help the team develop the roadmap for those applications.
- The Application Analyst II must respond to application/system issues and ensure resolution and ongoing stability of the product.

- Considered the subject matter expert (SME) for applications as assigned.
- Assists in multi‑facility application implementation initiatives.
- Provides support by working with enterprise and facility resources as an application SME to resolve service desk incident tickets for assigned applications.
- Participates in on‑call rotation and/or after‑hours support as needed.
- Collaborates with enterprise, division, and/or facility resources to monitor and facilitate new application testing and implementation.
- Assists senior and consulting application analysts to develop policies and procedures, best practices, and deliver training as needed.
- Assists senior and consulting analysts in process improvement efforts to streamline efficiency.
- Promotes and supports a broad range of division application standardization, utilization, integration, and optimization efforts.
- Leads and conducts facility rounding to ensure support needs are met, interactions documented, and issues escalated as needed.
