  8570 IAT-2 (Security +CE) preferred, ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Professional, Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Exam.

• 24/7 monitoring, management, and status reporting of USCENTCOM-managed networks and services.
• Serve as single point of contact for communications and information gathering for all network service issues and outages; maintain detailed reports and keep key stakeholders informed.
• Operate a server maintenance program providing systems administration, operations and maintenance, and support for all USCENTCOM networks (servers physical/virtual, SAN, software applications, firmware, network security).
• Identify network and service outages, escalating issues to appropriate agencies and facilitating resolution.
• Utilize monitoring tools (Solar Winds, SCOM, NAGIOS, Dynatrace) to monitor network health.
• Submit and manage incident tickets in Service Now.
• Prepare and deliver reports, email notifications, and briefs using MS Office, Advana, SharePoint.
• Coordinate and lead restoration of services across the enterprise and different technical disciplines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for preventive maintenance and changes to event management response procedures.
• Monitor server-based change actions for effects to network and system performance; execute standard, normal, and emergency changes per change notification procedures.
• Manage digital wall displays, data center temperature monitoring, troubleshooting, rollbacks, user issues, Exchange system servers, and virtual desktop interfaces.

• Competitive salary $85,093 - $92,000 (subject to experience and location).
